Please stay tune @Chef Ashish Kumar Ingredients: 100 grams of soaked split chickpeas, 250 grams of goat minced, Finely chopped one big-sized onion, and 3-4 green chilies, I have blended a big-sized tomato, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, A few dry spices(bay leaf, peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, etc.), 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, Red chili as per taste, 1/2 teaspoon Sambhar Masala, 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala, salt as per taste, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon of Kasoori Methi(Dry Fenugreek leaves), Heat up 2 tablespoons of clarified butter(Desi Ghee), a pinch of asafoetida, 1-2 whole red chilies, slices of 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder, garnish with coriander leaves.
